At our main base in Lundevågen, Farsund, we operate our own workshop where we carry out all types of mechanical work.
Farsund is the world’s largest seismic port, serving as a full-scale hub for operations and maintenance.
Mobilisation and demobilisation of vessels calling at the seismic base in Farsund is a key part of our business. Together with our partners – many of them local – we ensure that vessels are fully prepared when it is time for their next assignment.
This includes the procurement and delivery of consumables, outfitting and modifications for specific projects, preparation for certification of equipment to be used, and any other requirements our clients may have.
We perform welding and surface treatment both on board vessels and in our workshop. The overhead travelling crane in the workshop hall provides great flexibility, with a lifting capacity of up to 10 tonnes.
Our shore-based operations are handled by personnel with backgrounds as seafarers, industrial mechanics, crane operators, plumbers, electricians and logistics workers.
